Abandoned concrete bollards on the sidewalks of Duluth, Minnesota: Page ten


This intact bollard is on North 3rd Avenue West, between West First Street and West Second Street.


This topless bollard is on North 3rd Avenue West, between West Superior Street and West First Street.


I’m surprised at how deteriorated and rusty these bollards are, despite being installed in 1984 and 1985.

Lakewalk's dysfunctional and unusable curb cut


     This poorly designed curb cut is alongside a pedestrian bridge over Interstate 35, located at South Street, between 16th Avenue East and 17th Avenue East, Duluth, Minnesota.  I’ll post additional photos if this poorly designed curb cut is ever corrected.
