A glass of wine, enjoyed on a train ride

That Duluth train ride was one of my best days of 2016; while I look forward to an even better 2017!

I purchased two “Crazy Fresh” trays for $2.99 each at Super One Foods

I had to ask a clerk if this was a real price.  That clerk told me that it was and that this was my lucky day to purchase food.

These strawberries were a little dry, but all the other fruit was still fresh and yummy.

Christmas gifts from my sister Susan.

Two wrapped gifts; do you wonder what these could be?

Susan sure knows how to select useful gifts for me at Christmas!

The rally’s three main event speakers

Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar speaks on behalf of Democratic Party candidates.

Vice President Joe Biden speaks on behalf of Democratic Party candidates.

Congressman Rick Nolan speaks on behalf of Democratic Party candidates.

All three candidates onstage for a group photo opportunity!

I am voting for these honest, sane, and hardworking Democratic Party candidates.  I will not be voting for Republican Party man children who were born with silver spoons in their mouths and believe in the absurdity of trickle-down, crazy faire economics.

State DFL Party Chair Ken Martin speaks on behalf of Democratic Party candidates

State DFL Party Chair Ken Martin told the crowd there were two things that worried him, 11 days before the election: an enthusiasm problem within the DFL, and a belief among some Democrats that the presidential election has already been won.

Congressman Tim Walz speaks on behalf of Democratic Party candidates

Congressman Tim Walz urged the crowd to volunteer for Nolan’s campaign and then vote for Nolan; a candidate who understands how government helps working-class American citizens in their daily lives.
