Fringeworthy comic by Hobbes Maxwell, Part Two

Based on a brief description of this event in the Fringeworthy core rule book, Jeremiah created a much more detailed story and more intriguing visual depictions.  Jeremiah is an accomplished writer as he is an accomplished visual artist.

I hope that someday, someone will turn this Fringeworthy comic into an animated action and adventure series.

The old must make way for the twenty percent cooler

Yesterday, this was my Hello Kitty bathroom set.  These were getting old and worn, so my friend Kathy bought me a new Friendship is Magic bathroom set.

Today, this is my twenty percent cooler bathroom.  As I have told my friends, everything goes better with Friendship is Magic ponies, including my bathroom.

I love this Vision Northland construction site.

A construction crane is being assembled within the Vision Northland construction site.  This construction site will give me an overflowing cornucopia of opportunities for my blog.

I like this image of this side dump truck passing the Vision Northland construction site.

I wonder why that city bus is detouring west on First Street.

I see that North Third Avenue East, between First Street and Second Street is closed off for a utility access hole reconstruction project near Second Street.

These construction workers are repairing an access hole.

I am happy that these construction workers are working in twenty degree weather, instead of much colder temperatures that we could have.

I saw “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker”

This movie is a continuation of the Star Wars saga, along with a few surprising twists that made this well worth the five dollars I spent to see it.  If you love Star Wars, you should see this excellent movie!

Fringeworthy comic by Hobbes Maxwell, also known as Jeremiah Halonie

Many years ago, my friend Jeremiah Halonie and I were members of the UMD Duluth Anime Club.  I asked Jeremiah, a highly talented visual artist, to create a comic based on the background story published in the core rule book of the Fringeworthy, tabletop role-playing game.  I am happy that Jeremiah agreed to do this for me, and this is what he created, a comic based on Fringeworthy.

I love Jeremiah’s art style and how he brought the game’s background to life on his pages.  I look forward to the time when I can afford to pay him to create additional pages of this wonderful comic.

My King Manor - Buy a Basket poster for the first half of 2020, second draft

My second daft is better than the first draft, with additional useful information for newly arrived King Manor residents.  A friend of mine reminded me that every month several residents arrive to fill vacant apartments of residents who have either died or have moved to other public or private housing.  Thus, these recently arrived residents have not seen my earlier posters and don’t know the details about the Buy a Basket Co-op.
