Abandoned concrete bollards on the sidewalks of Duluth, Minnesota: Page ten
This intact bollard is on North 3rd Avenue West,
between West First Street and West Second Street.
This topless bollard is on North 3rd Avenue West,
between West Superior Street and West First Street.
I’m surprised at how deteriorated and rusty these
bollards are, despite being installed in 1984 and 1985.

Street, between 16th Avenue East and 17th Avenue East,
