This part of the Lakewalk was hit hard, washing away
the wooden deck, which I expected from a powerful storm. But the concrete foundation strengthened with
reinforcing bar for the deck was also washed away, which I didn’t expect.
A different view of the same ruined foundation. I am amazed at how much force it took to bend
the reinforcing bar like that.
