I saw this construction work
on North Fourth Avenue East, looking south.
From the parking ramp, I
saw two backhoes and their operators, with
additional workers digging holes on North Fourth Avenue East.
I am standing on the parking
ramp skywalk, looking south to the intersection of North Fourth Avenue East and
Superior Street. I’m happy to see more
progress in my Duluth.
