With many published chapters, “Surviving the Game as a Barbarian” is a webtoon story by MIDNIGHT STUDIO and adapted by Han tae-su and original work by Jung Yoon-kang. To my surprise, this story is NOT just an endless “Attack on Sight” Dungeon Crawl! There are many types of stories making the protagonist’s journey interesting from start to finish. The game rules, at least to me, are exciting, refreshing, and original.
A team of talented game designers needs to create
computer and tabletop games based on this wonderful story. A tabletop role-playing game based on Surviving
the Game as a Barbarian could be the next Pathfinder game.
