Lakewalk's dysfunctional and unusable curb cut

     This poorly designed curb cut is alongside a pedestrian bridge over Interstate 35, located at South Street, between 16^th Avenue East and 17^th Avenue East, Duluth, Minnesota.  I’ll post additional photos if this poorly designed curb cut is ever corrected.
