This is my ticket for the Mid-Autumn Festival that I bought on Friday.

The ticket is for table one, seat six.  I wanted a good position to take photos of the stage acts.

I made these yummy taiyaki

My taste testers love this new recipe, cinnamon taiyaki cakes.

These taiyaki taste better than they appear.

Today, I’ll make my second batch of Taiyaki!

I’m using Krusteaz ® Cinnamon Swirl crumb cake and muffin mix for batter.

I’m also using Hershey’s ® Cinnamon Chips for their filling.
