On Monday, I attended the Transport Roundtable in Duluth, Part 1

I attend a Transportation Roundtable in Duluth on Monday, July 17, from 9 to 10 a.m. at the Lake Superior Railroad Museum.  It was held inside the Depot in downtown Duluth.

I am happy that some of the speakers remembered former United States Representative James Oberstar’s contribution to starting NLX.

I found another “This is not New York” sticker – 2023 edition.

This sticker is on the street sign pole at the northwest corner of the intersection of South Twelfth Avenue East and London Road.  Who puts these stickers up and why are outlandish mysteries yet to be solved.

I saw, “Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken”

This Dreamworks story speaks to me on several levels.  Thus, I love this narrative as a struggle of what you want to be vs. what others think you should be.

I cheered and smiled many times while watching this entertaining movie.

I saw “Elemental” a 2023 film

Elemental has a much better story than I expected it to be.

My friends and I celebrated Juneteenth 2023 with root beer floats.

This is Wisconsin Maple Root Beer I bought at the Essentia Health Fitness Expo 2023.  I have never had this root beer made with Wisconsin maple syrup until this month.

This is Stone Ridge Company ® Double Vanilla.  I have never had Double Vanilla ice cream until this month.
