I noticed something while playing Team Fortress 2

In many different single player training maps, I see that when I have a high score and low death rate, that my AI bots teammates do well in comparison to the enemy team.  Conversely, if I have a low score and high death rate my AI bots teammates will underperform in comparison to the enemy team.
