This billboard is located on the north
side of East First Street, between North First Avenue East and North Second
Avenue East. Displaying a Siemens
Charger SC-44 passenger locomotive in the NLX paint scheme and logos is a
powerful tool to motivate people to support this worthwhile project. I can’t think of any other project that will
bring to the residents and visitors of the Interstate 35 corridor as much
benefit with such a small investment of Minnesota and Wisconsin state tax dollars
as NLX.
