What I found at Duluth’s Fourth Avenue Auto Park
By happenstance while I walked alongside Depot Road; I found the 96 parking spot at
Duluth’s
Fourth Avenue Auto Park. I love how artful the stenciled number 96 appears on the rough asphalt.
