A “public philosophy” debate about peacemaker or peacekeeper at a DTA bus shelter

I found this graffiti on the bus shelter on the north side of East Superior Street and North Thirteenth Avenue East.  While the debate itself is praiseworthy, this graffiti is still not a protected right of free speech, but expensive vandalism of DTA public structures.
