I found a truck mud flap or splash guard on the brick sidewalk

I found this mud flap that fell off a truck, on the east side of North Third Avenue East, next to the Sheraton Duluth Hotel.  To add additional pages to my blog, sometimes it pays to look up, and at other times it pays to look down.
