I was standing on the south side of East Second Street, looking west to North Fourth Avenue East.
This outdoor thermometer is a few feet east from where I took the first photo. It was wise of someone to put this thermometer in a sheltered place, so that direct sunlight would not warm that thermometer up giving a false ambient air temperature.
I was standing above East Second Street within the warm skywalk looking west.
