I wonder how much time and effort goes into making all
of these bulletins.

New Year’s Eve 2025 pizza party
Here is an events calendar for the North Pointe
Resource Center / Rainbow Center.
This is my first plate of pizza and a drink.
This is my second plate of pizza and a drink.
Does Star Trek have isekai episodes?
What is an isekai story? Isekai
is going to another world (Gate) or time travel (Inuyasha). Most Star Trek episodes are not isekai. But, to satisfy my curiosity, I checked the original
series for any isekai episodes.
“The Naked Time” To save
the Enterprise, Scott makes a full-power restart of the warp engines, propelling the Enterprise at impossible speed away from the dying planet
into a Space-Time warp sending the ship back 71 hours in time.
“Tomorrow Is Yesterday”
The Enterprise time travels back to 1969.
“The Alternative Factor”
where there is a version of Lazarus from Kirk’s universe and an insane version
of Lazarus from an alternate dimension.
“The City on the Edge of
Forever”, where high on drugs, Dr. McCoy becomes unbalanced and disappears
through the Guardian of Forever, a
newly discovered time portal on a remote planet.
“Mirror, Mirror”, is an
episode where a transporter mishap slips Captain Kirk and his companions into a
parallel universe, where the Enterprise serves a barbaric Empire instead of the
Federation.
“Assignment: Earth”, The
Enterprise time travels back to 1968.
“The Tholian Web” is an
episode where the Defiant vanishes and goes back in time into the Mirror
universe.
“All Our Yesterdays”. This is another time travel episode.
Wow! I had no idea that there are so many isekai episodes
in Star Trek.

The last day of Bentleyville 2025
Because of the low
clouds, the conclusion fireworks display was hard to see.
Despite the low clouds,
it was much fun to see the clouds backlit with colorful lights like that.
“Don’t cry because it’s
over, smile because it happened.” — Dr. Seuss
I found blue and red fish at Bentleyville 2025
I hope that future
Bentleyville displays are of how people from different cultures celebrate
Christmas. For example, could we have
displays of Finnish Christmas traditions, such as ice lanterns, sheafs (1), and
Yule goats?
(1) In Finland,
the tradition of placing wheat sheafs outdoors for birds during the Christmas
season is a cherished practice. This custom, which dates back to the pagan era,
symbolizes giving food to the birds during the cold winter months. The sheafs
are placed in the landscape, reflecting the natural elements of the Finnish
winter, and serve as a reminder of the community's connection to nature and the
environment.

We're not here to start no trouble. We're just here to do the Bentleyville Shuffle.
I found the most important characters of “Rudolph the
Red-Nosed Reindeer” an entertaining (TV special) in the Bentleyville Gift Shop.
Gnomes for the Holidays!
I found nice-looking red lights reflected in the water of the asphalt pathway.
Harbor Drive is closed to Bentleyville 2025
People should NOT drive on a closed drive!
Can drivers not see or read the barricades that say “Road
Closed”?
Where did these drivers learn how to drive, by playing Grand
Theft Auto 6?
The more I watched these traffic violations, the more I
could not believe what I was watching.
Are traffic signs just suggestions for some drivers?
“Daddy, what does that sign say?”
“Son, it says that I can drive into the oncoming traffic lane and
then back to the correct lane. I can save a few seconds, instead of using
the exit ramp that is 1331.31 feet east from this here bridge
intersection.”
I wonder where the Duluth Police officers were when
hundreds of traffic violations were happening.
Bentleyville Christmas reflections
Do you like the reflection of the Christmas lights that
are moving on my hot chocolate?
Do you like the reflection of the Christmas lights that
are not moving on my hot chocolate?
My fifth time at Bentleyville 2025, continued
I saw only a few of Santa’s reindeer. I wonder what happened to the reindeer that
had heads and necks that moved up and down, or from side to side.
I love those reflections on the water.
I love these singing, gingerbread people.
My fifth time at Bentleyville 2025
I like this colorful, Christmas display.
Could the Bentleyville staff be cashing in on the
movie, Wicked: For Good?
That is one beautiful American flag. For a Christmas tour, there are many displays
about American Patriotism.

My fourth time at Bentleyville 2025, Continued
This is the entrance
that I use to enter Bentleyville.
The day I visited Bentleyville,
I saw that not many toys were given to the Salvation Army.
I found this stylized
map of Minnesota and Duluth to be impressive.
My fourth time at Bentleyville 2025
This is my hot chocolate
and cookie.
This is my roasted
marshmallows.
This is the Aerial Lift
Bridge, looking east from Bentleyville.
Why water & a lightning bolt don’t mix well in a D&D game
In a D&D game that I didn’t play in, but heard
about in my University of Minnesota, Duluth gaming club; another party, played
by students, was wading through a wide, yet shallow river. They left their horses, supply wagon, and
their hireling teamster behind them on dry land. The party’s leader (fighter) saw a group of
bandits charging at them from the opposite riverbank. He told their party members to use their ranged
attacks. The clueless wizard, instead of
using fireball or magic missile, cast a lightning bolt.
The lightning bolt killed all the low level and low hit point bandits. But, the lightning bolt also spread across the river, killing half of the party members, and dropping the survivors for most of their health points. The players who had their characters die because of “friendly fire” dislike the player who played the clueless wizard.

I found a green snow sled on the south side of Superior Street
This sled was beside the now abandoned Superior Street,
Duluth Transit Authority bus station. I
wonder why this sled is here. I wonder
why this sled is filled with so many dissimilar objects. I wonder who is going to clean up this junk.
Closed or Open this Friday
I found this sign on the North Pointe Resource Center
that says “Closed” on Friday.
Yet, on the bulletin board in the same room as this
poster I found another poster that says “Open” on Friday.
This confusing mistake on the December 2025 calendar makes
it hard to know if the North Pointe Resource Center is closed or open.

I saw Avatar: Fire and Ash
Avatar: Fire and
Ash hit me in the feels so hard that I shed a few tears! This movie has the strongest emotional impact
in the Avatar franchise, so far.
I found new posters in King Manor and the North Pointe Resource Center / Rainbow Center
I plan to attend this North Pointe Resource Center
community event.
I plan to attend this January 2026 HRA Meet and Greet
for Dee. I hope Dee does not think ill
of this railroad fan guy.

This is my bread made with Banana Pudding, Slam Zees ™
I wish my loyal readers could taste my Banana Pudding
bread.
Somehow, 2025 seems like both the shortest and longest
year I have ever experienced.

Mickey’s Mom’s Fudge
Mickey who makes his excellent fudge lives in King
Manor. Mickey gave me a sample of his
fudge for free. I hope he can sell his
fudge on the future Northern Lights Express
passenger train.

What I found posted on the King Manor, fifth floor bulletin board
I see that there are more scheduled events in the
fourth floor community room. But, there
is no progress in having any apartment resident club events.
