I found a green snow sled on the south side of Superior Street

This sled was beside the now abandoned Superior Street, Duluth Transit Authority bus station.  I wonder why this sled is here.  I wonder why this sled is filled with so many dissimilar objects.  I wonder who is going to clean up this junk.
