More Superior Street, Phase Two construction work is being done, even on a Sunday during a Vikings game.

At least the workers had a radio playing a radio broadcast of the Minnesota Vikings vs. Kansas City Chiefs game.

Working in the cold is not fun, as my fingers were freezing while taking these photos.  Workers keeping concrete warm, so it will not crack in freezing temperatures.

I found an informational sign telling residents and visitors about the open shops along Superior Street.
