I found many empty bottles of Fireball Cinnamon Whisky.

I see that someone loves drinking many bottles of Fireball Cinnamon Whisky.  But, why would they drink so much whisky beside an abandoned parking ramp on Michigan Street, next to the Downtown Transit Center (DTC)?
