Yesterday, before I attended Aaron Bransky’s “Duluth 101: Duluth on Rails” presentation;

I walked around the Lincoln Park Neighborhood.  I found another “Anything Helps” sign under the new Highway 53 overpass.

I then found this skull graffiti under the new Highway 53 overpass.

I also found a new section of sidewalk, connecting to a narrower, less maintained, and older section of sidewalk.

 

Rain was falling from the sky when I waited to take the bus back home.  Also, Superior Street was closed for construction.  As a result, I waited on West First Street in the rain, without a bus shelter to keep me drier and warmer.
