A sinking utility access hole makes a five inch drop in a Duluth street.

This disgraceful and hazardous hole is located on North 2^nd Avenue East, between East First Street and East Second Street.  As you can see the end of the double yellow line and the end of the brick pavement, indicates that this hole is parallel to the alley that is between East First Street and East Second Street.  For the safety of drivers and pedestrians, someone should repair this hole before it gets any worse.
