It seems that the bicycle rank is full of abandoned bicycles;
there is no room for those who wish to use it as a place to put their bicycles.
There are many bicycles on the rack, some of which are
in deteriorating to the point of being inoperable as bicycles.
I don’t know why anyone would buy a bicycle and then
leave it outside to be covered by the snow and ice, to be unridden by anyone.
