Another photo of my handcrafted taiyaki!

I used Hershey’s ® Cinnamon Chips to highlight the eyes in these yummy taiyaki!  I don’t believe that I’ve seen taiyaki chiefs emphasize the eyes of their taiyaki this way.  So, I may be the first one to do this pastry technique to taiyaki.
