I found this bike lane on East Third Street. However, by putting two lines of paint and a
few signs on an existing street is cheap and lazy. Instead, the Minnesota Department of
Transportation highway engineers could have created a protected bike lane, which
is separated between the moving motor vehicle traffic and the bike lane.
