My adventures in Canal Park - Duluth, Minnesota: Part Six

These pictures were taken behind the Canal Park Brewing Company and the Hampton Inn Duluth.  The concrete structure in the water is known as the cribs, also as Uncle Harvey's Mausoleum.  I believe that the tall rock sculpture between the cribs and the Lakewalk must have been built after the storm of Wednesday - October 10.

I am impressed that wind and waves were able to push that park bench attached to a heavy base of concrete onto the bicycle path.

I see that sections of the boardwalk are lifted off of their foundations, to be tossed around like Frisbees.
