This is the first car that I saw to travel on the
reopened Superior Street.
That driver needs a driving refresher course, as he or
she needs to drive on the right side of the double yellow line, not over those
lines.

Next year in 2019, I hope that I can post the second phase in the second
year of the Superior Street Reconstruction project.
