I found a misleading sign at King Manor

In King Manor, looking at the Second Street skywalk, I found a misleading sign.  The sign should tell people, “The skywalk is open to the other side of the street.  However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Rainbow Community Center is closed.  You must use the North Second Avenue East entrance that is next to the parking lot to gain access to Tri-Towers Apartments.”
